Ambient air non-methane total hydrocarbon online monitoring system
AQMS-900VI/VII ambient air/factory boundary NMHC online monitoring system relies on Belgian ORTHODYNE S.A. chromatography technology. Snowdiron independently developed the MODEL 6000 industrial gas chromatograph. It adopts two technical routes: direct method and differential subtraction method to automatically monitor ambient air. The concentration of non-methane total hydrocarbons, benzene, toluene, xylene, halogenated hydrocarbons and other gas components can meet the different application needs of customers.
The direct method/subtraction method is used to monitor non-methane total hydrocarbons, which complies with national standards and policy requirements;
The direct method is designed to measure non-methane total hydrocarbons through enrichment, without interference from other substances (O₂, N₂, H₂O), with low detection limit, and meets the requirements of the "Technical Regulations for Continuous Automatic Monitoring of Non-methane Total Hydrocarbons in Ambient Air (Trial)";
The independent low-temperature enrichment and high-temperature thermal analysis sampling unit significantly reduces the detection limit of characteristic components such as benzene series;
Using a hydrogen flame ion detector, it automatically ignites and resumes operation when power is turned on and after a power outage. The hydrogen electronic valve automatically closes when the flame is extinguished to protect the automatic alarm function;
Equipped with multi-point automatic quality control function, multiple concentration standard gases are regularly introduced to the system for quality control inspection and automatic multi-point calibration;
The measurement range is adjustable and has functions such as concentration over-standard alarm and fault alarm;
It has China Environmental Protection Product Certification (CCEP), Measuring Instrument Type Approval Certificate (CPA), CMA mark test report, explosion-proof certificate, etc.
